Method of preparation
Vegetarian cheesecake brownie
You additionally need: 150 ml of milk, 80 g of soft butter, 200 g of skimmed cottage cheese, 150 g of natural yogurt (3.8% fat), 1 egg, baking pan (20 x 20 cm), hand mixer with whisk
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C with up/down heat or to 150°C with thermo-freeze and grease the baking pan well. Optionally, flour it as well.
2. Put the brownie baking mix, milk and butter in a bowl. Mix everything with a hand mixer with a whisk on medium speed until a homogeneous mass is formed (about 1 minute). Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and lightly level it.
3. Pour the cheesecake mix, skimmed cottage cheese, yogurt and egg into the second bowl. Mix everything with a hand mixer with a whisk on the lowest speed until the mixture is smooth. Spread the mixture onto the brownie batter and gently mix the two mixtures with a fork.
4. Bake the cake on the middle grate of the oven, preheated to 150°C or in a preheated oven to 170°C with the up/down function for about 50 minutes.
5. After baking, let the cake cool. When it has cooled, you can carefully cut it into pieces and remove it from the mold.
