GRANO gluten-free chickpea cookie mix is a unique product for anyone who appreciates healthy, tasty gluten-free snacks. It is a whole-grain chickpea flour, enriched with reduced-fat cocoa, cinnamon and cloves, which gives the cookies a unique aroma and flavor. They are ideal as a quick snack, dessert or addition to your morning coffee or tea.
Directions for use
Preparing cookies from our mix is quick and easy. You only need a few additional ingredients: 2 eggs, 100 g of honey, 100 g of butter and baking powder. After mixing the ingredients and kneading the dough, form it into small balls, which you then flatten and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. After baking and cooling the cookies, you can additionally decorate them with powdered sugar or pour chocolate over them.
