Balviten is a Polish brand specializing in gluten-free products. The cranberry shortbread cookies are specially developed for people intolerant to gluten. The biscuits have the symbol of the crossed-out ear, which signifies the certification given by the European Association of Associations of People with Celiac Disease. Products with this symbol, do not contain more than 20 ppm of gluten (0.02%), which is confirmed by tests in an accredited laboratory.

Composition
Corn starch, vegetable oils: palm, rapeseed, partially hydrogenated palm; corn flour, sugar, eggs, cranberries 7.5%, rice flour, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, milk sprinkles (sugar, fully hydrogenated palm vegetable fat, skimmed milk powder, skimmed cocoa powder, lactose (from milk), emulsifier: soy lecithin; glucose syrup, flavor: vanillin), orange flavor, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate.
