It is produced using freeze-drying, a technique that is very safe for the nutritional value contained in fruits and vegetables. The bar is gluten-free, with no added preservatives, fat or salt. The perfect snack for any time of day! Frupp products are marked with the crossed ear symbol, which is given by the European Licensing System. This program is run by the European Association of Associations of People with Celiac Disease. Products bearing this symbol do not contain more than 20 ppm of gluten (0.02%), which is confirmed by tests in an accredited laboratory.
