Udon Shirataki Konjac noodles, originally from Asia, are a natural product derived from the Konnyak plant root, also known as Shirataki Noodles or Konnyaku Noodles. Their main ingredient is konjac glucomannan – a soluble dietary fibre. These noodles are 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and devoid of fat, sugar, starch, and protein. With their neutral taste and transparent texture, they perfectly absorb the flavours and aromas of added ingredients, making them an ideal base for Asian soups, plant-based sauces, or salads. Certified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard), they are quick and simple to prepare: just rinse under running water and add to your dish for a few minutes.
