Product description
Organic gluten-free millet groats obtained from hulled millet. Perfect for breakfast with dried fruit. In a dry version it can be served with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs.
Preparation method
cook previously rinsed groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of groats for 3 portions of water) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
