beet juice 65% (41%), onion, lactic acid
-acidity regulator, garlic, bay leaf, allspice.
DESCRIPTION
Boil a stock of onion, garlic, bay leaf and allspice. ( You can write that on NFC beet juice). To the cooked stock we add beet juice NFC and concentrated beet juice 65%, heat. At the end of cooking we add lactic acid ( acidity correction ) , pour and pasteurize.
