Rice porridge can be used as a thickener for soups, vegetable stews and sauces. It is ideal as an addition to cakes and muesli.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour the porridge over water or vegetable beverage at 80°C. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes. You can add fruit, jam or coconut shavings.
