The cheese is made exclusively from organic goat's milk, sourced from carefully selected producers. Our goats are fed organic feed, which directly affects the quality of the milk. The addition of natural rennet and lactic acid bacterial cultures provides the cheese not only with a unique taste, but also with beneficial health properties.
