Directions for use
pour 3/4 cup of warm water over 1 teaspoon of flaxseed. Wait a few minutes stirring frequently. Flaxseed can also be ground before pouring water.
Destination
The gruel prepared from ground flaxseed can be consumed with the addition of milk or yogurt. Ground flaxseed can also be added to soups, breads, sauces, breakfast cereals and paste prepared with flaxseed oil and white cheese.
