In addition, studies confirm that the oil, when applied to the skin, has a sunscreen-like effect, protecting against the negative effects of UV rays. Directions for use

On the skin: Gently massage a few drops of the oil onto your face or body. Concentrate on the facial pores and make sure they are thoroughly covered with the oil. Leave on overnight or for at least 30 minutes, then cleanse the skin with a mild cleanser.
For hair: Apply the slightly warmed oil to the hair and scalp, then gently massage in. Leave on overnight or for at least an hour for best results. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
