Product Description
Ground green barley is an excellent source of amino acids and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C. It also contains a great deal of minerals, i.e. calcium, potassium, iron or manganese. Our barley comes only from controlled and organic cultivation. Young barley is largely used in diet drinks and soups. It will also work great as an addition to yogurts and other dairy products. Green barley must not be added to hot water, because then it loses most of its nutritional value.
