Product description
Physalis Iron B12 forte is a complete iron complex with active B vitamins. Iron and vitamin B12 support the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, while folic acid supports hematopoiesis (the formation of blood cell components). Iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 counteract fatigue. Copper helps transport iron in our bodies. Vitamin B2 aids in iron metabolism. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
Directions for use
The recommended intake is from 1 tablet (for children 12 years and older) to 2 tablets per day. Take with meals, drinking a small amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be taken during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
