Product Description
Black garlic is the commonly known white version of this vegetable after going through a fermentation process, thanks to which its nutritional value increases up to ten times! This means that in one clove, there is a health value equal to almost a whole bulb.
Organic black garlic - how is it produced and what are its characteristics?
The production of black garlic usually takes from 4 to 6 weeks. This process, also known as aging or ripening, occurs completely naturally, without the addition of any auxiliary substances. Fermentation involves only storing the vegetable at the appropriate, strictly defined temperature and humidity. This stage of organic black garlic production is followed by 14-day ageing, during which oxidation takes place.
The finished product is characterized by both a multiplied content of nutrients and their assimilability. At the same time, it loses its typical odor and taste, and also takes on a black color and acquires an extremely soft, delicate texture. What is the price of this wonderful specific? It all depends on the selected package.
