For relaxation in a sauna, dissolve 5-15 drops of the oil in 200 ml of water and gradually add it to the heat source. To fill your home with a pleasant aroma, use the oil in humidifiers, aromatherapy diffusers, or vacuum cleaners, adjusting the number of drops to the desired intensity. The oil also serves as an effective addition to homemade cosmetics, such as creams, serums, lotions, or perfumes.
