Mix of legumes is an original blend of organic legume grains. Recommended for soups, one-pot dishes (perfect with vegetables), pates and pastes.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
previously soaked at least 12 hours and rinsed mix cook in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
