Dietary supplement.

Application

Orally: twice a day, 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
Skin (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Aromatizing the air: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.

Comments

Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption per day. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Avoid exposure to sunlight and do not use tanning beds at least 12 hours after use on the skin.
