Directions for use
Just like any of our preserves, Lenten cabbage can be eaten straight from the jar. Flavored it tastes great both hot and cold. Its main advantage is the addition of forest mushrooms in considerable quantity: boletus, bay boletus, boletus mushroom, buttermilk. Lenten cabbage can be eaten immediately, it can also be used to make instant bigos by adding a little fried sausage. It also makes a delicious cabbage soup. Lenten cabbage can also be used as a filling for pasties, pancakes, dumplings.

sauerkraut (white cabbage, salt), mushrooms in different proportions: boletus nobilis, brown mushroom, common buttermilk, onion, canola oil , carrot, spices.
