PREPARATION SPACE: Ingredients: 1 sachet of liquid rye bread starter bio 150 g Biovegan, 500 g wheat flour, 500 g rye flour, 2 sachets of dried gluten-free yeast bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Preparation: mix half of the flour, yeast, salt and sugar well, add 750 ml of water and knead, add liquid rye sourdough starter. Mix well and gradually add to the remaining flour. Set aside in a warm place, wait for it to rise, knead again, place in a bread pan and set aside to rise 1/2 the height of the pan. Place in a cold oven along with a bowl of water. Bake at 200 degrees C for about 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool.
