Physalis Magnesium Forte is a dietary supplement containing three highly bioavailable forms of magnesium: magnesium diglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate and magnesium from seawater (Aquamin® Mg). The formula is further enriched with vitamins B6 and B12 in their bioactive forms.
Magnesium contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness and supports the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Vitamin B6 and B12 also support energy metabolism and support physiological processes in the body.
The product is suitable for physically active people and during periods of increased magnesium demand, such as stress, fatigue or intense mental effort.
It contains no gluten, sugar or animal ingredients, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Recommended daily serving
1-2 tablets daily. Take with meals, drinking a small amount of water.
