Matcha is 100% organic ground green tea sourced from organic cultivation in the Kyoto profecture ( Japan). Through naturally occurring in it: caffeine, amino acids, ( L-theanine), vitamins and minerals. Matcha has a stimulating effect, while providing relaxation and well-being. Matcha contains more than 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea. Directions for use: pour half a small teaspoon over 200ml of water at (7080 degrees). Stir vigorously until foam forms. You can also add matcha to cakes, baked goods, mix it with milk or your favorite smoothie.
