Organic Matcha is powdered green tea. The process of preparing the tea is a true ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its taste, Matcha is also used as an addition to baked goods, ice cream and cocktails.

Preparation method

pour 250 ml of hot but not boiling water (about 70-80 degrees C) over 1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (about 2.5 g), stir with quick movements until the powder dissolves and foam appears.
To prepare Matcha in the traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to pour a portion of the tea into a pre-heated bowl, pour in hot but not boiling water, and then stir with a special bamboo broom. This last step gives the drink a smooth, silky texture.
