RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Recommended daily intake: 4 g per day i.e. 2 scoops attached to the product, pour over hot but not boiling water (250 ml) and brew covered for 15 minutes. It will also be perfect as an addition to smoothies, muesli, salads.
