Mix for baking gluten-free babka 300 g - CELIKO (seasonal product)
Product description
A perfect mix for baking a delicious, classic sand muffin. On its basis you will also prepare a marbled babka, a perfect keks or delicious muffins. It is easy and quick to prepare. It will be great not only on the holiday table, but whenever you feel like a proven, homemade cake.
Directions for use
Preparation of sand babka:
- 1 package of cake concentrate 300 g
- 3 eggs
- 140 ml of oil
Making a sand babka:
- Pour the contents of the bag of cake concentrate into a dish, add eggs, mix everything together. Finally, add oil. Knead the whole thing with a mixer for about 4 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a mold (a small fruit cake pan or a small muffin tin).
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. After removing from the oven, wait until it cools down.
- After baking, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or topped with the previously prepared frosting.
Preparation of marbled babka:
- 1 package of cake concentrate 300 g
- 3 eggs
- 140 ml of oil
- 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 tbsp milk
Making a marbled babka:
- Pour the contents of the pastry concentrate bag into a dish, add eggs, mix everything together. Finally, add oil.
- Knead the whole thing with a mixer for about 4 minutes.
- Divide the dough in half. To one part add sifted cocoa and 3 tablespoons of milk. Gently mix the whole with a kitchen rod or spatula.
- Pour the cakes into the mold alternately: once light, once dark.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, wait until it cools down.
