DESCRIPTION
Our red cabbage "modra" has an intense pinkish color. It does not contain commonly added vinegar. Raisins give it a delicate sweet taste. After opening the jar, a pleasant aroma rises. Strips of cabbage, packed quite tightly in the jar, are firm.
Cabbage, roulade and Silesian noodles are an obvious choice. It tastes equally good with roast duck or goose. It also works well as a serving of vegetables for Russian dumplings with meat, minced cutlets, meatballs and rolls.
