Product Description

Organic mountain oatmeal is an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They are obtained from crushed, ground oat grains, hydrothermally treated. Oatmeal is rich in fiber, protein and essential nutrients. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.

Directions for use

Cook the flakes at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes to 2 servings of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
