Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (no thermo) 2. Prepare a muffin tin. Line a metal mold with paper cups, a silicone one does not need cups4. Put 2 bananas, 170 g of natural yogurt, 2 eggs and 70 ml of oil in a large bowl and mix everything thoroughly 5. Pour in the contents of the package and mix thoroughly6. Pour the finished mixture into muffin tins. You can put any fruit or nuts on top 7. Place in the oven for approx. 35 minutes
NOTES: For the vegan version, replace 2 eggs with one banana and 2-3 tablespoons of vegan yogurt. Muffins taste great with the addition of raspberries or blueberries.
