Product description

Organic mun mushrooms are counted among the world's oldest food mushrooms. In the cuisine of the Far East they are considered a staple food item. They are characterized by a delicate, refined taste. Ideal as an addition to soups, stewed dishes, sauces. They blend well with hot spices.

Preparation method
Mushrooms should be soaked in hot water for about 20 minutes, then boiled for about 10 minutes.
