DESCRIPTION
The main ingredient in Bio Diet Vermicelli is konjac Glucomannan, a water-soluble fiber derived from the root of the Konjac plant. It is originally from Asia, and foods made from it are also called Shirataki Noodles or Konnyaku Noodles. The largest consumers of this food in the world are the Japanese.
