Product Description
Organic oat flakes are obtained from crushed oat grains. Oatmeal is an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.
Method of preparation
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes for 2 servings of water or milk) over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
