Oblaty light is a traditional Silesian product baked with the highest quality ingredients. It is extremely thin, light and crunchy. Oblaty in its composition has mainly complex carbohydrates and some protein. The addition of rapeseed oil increases their health benefits, as it contains unsaturated omega- 3 and omega- 6 fatty acids and oleic acid, which have a positive effect on the heart, circulatory system and cholesterol.
