Omega 3-6-9 contains unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 - EPA, DHA, ALA, Omega 6 - LA and Omega 9 - OA. The composition is enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. EPA and DHA acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. Beneficial effects occur when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed daily. In addition, DHA acid contributes to maintaining normal brain function and maintaining normal vision. Beneficial effects occur when 250 mg of DHA is consumed daily.
Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects occur when 2 g of ALA and 10 g of LA are consumed daily.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Recommended daily allowance necessary for the beneficial effects of the product: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Sip with water (250 ml). The recommended daily serving is 1 capsule.
