Organic Matcha is a powdered green tea. The process of preparing this tea is a true ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its unique flavour profile, Matcha is also used as an ingredient in baked goods, ice cream, and smoothies.

Usage

Pour 250 ml of hot, but not boiling water (approx. 70-80°C) over 1 small, level teaspoon of tea (approx. 2,5 g). Stir quickly until the powder dissolves and foam appears. For a traditional preparation, scoop a portion of tea into a pre-warmed bowl using a bamboo spoon, then add hot, but not boiling water, and whisk with a special bamboo whisk. This final step ensures the drink has a smooth, silky consistency.
