Product description

Organic millet flakes, made from crushed millet grains, are an excellent choice for a daily breakfast. They offer a healthy alternative to traditional flakes. They taste best served with yogurt, a cereal drink, and your favorite fruits.

Usage

Cook the flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
