Millet is characterized by the absence of gluten proteins, which allows the inclusion of millet in the diet of patients with celiac disease. Millet is a source of magnesium, potassium, iron B vitamins and silicon. Due to the aforementioned composition, millet groats are the only alkaline-forming groats. A complex of B vitamins (B1, B2, PP, B6, folic acid and pantothenic acid) takes care of the nervous system, improves metabolism and has a beneficial effect on concentration.
