METHOD OF PREPARATION: Knead the contents of the package, 1 packet of dry yeast and 500 ml of lukewarm water briefly and transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper or to a greased baking pan. Smooth the dough with a moistened pastry spatula and sprinkle with flour. Let the bread rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C (top and bottom heat), pour 100 ml of boiling water into a heatproof bowl, leave it at the bottom of the oven and toast the bread for 10 minutes. Then bake the bread at 220 degrees C for 50 minutes.
