Product description

Organic millet groat, obtained from cleaned and hulled millet grains. This 100% vegan product contains no added sugars, only naturally occurring ones, and is a source of dietary fibre and protein. It is excellent for serving with both vegetable and fruit dishes.

Usage

Add 2 tablespoons of millet groat to 1 cup of boiling milk or water. Simmer for approximately 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
