Product description
Rice paper is mainly used to make SUMmer rolls (rolls filled with a stuffing of raw ingredients, uncooked) or spring rolls (rolls filled with a stuffing and fried in hot fat until golden in color and sufficiently crispy)
Preparation method
1.Cut the filling into thin strips
2.Place a sheet of rice paper in hot (not boiling) water until it softens and becomes pliable (about 20-30 seconds)
3.Remove the sheet from the water
4.Place the filling in the center of the sheet
5.Wrap up the sides and bottom of the sheet
6.Wrap the whole thing to form a neat roll shape
