Product description

Organic rye flakes are obtained from crushed rye grains. They make an excellent choice for a daily breakfast, tasting great with yogurt, a cereal drink, and fresh fruit. They can also be used as an ingredient in milk and vegetable soups, and homemade baked goods.

Usage

Cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
