Sage leaf is a natural, certified organic product intended for preparing infusions for both external and internal use.

Usage

For rinsing: Pour a glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 4 g of sage leaf (a full tablespoon), steep covered for 1-15 minutes, then strain. Use the warm infusion to rinse the oral cavity and throat.

For internal use, prepare an infusion from 2 g of sage leaf (a teaspoon) per glass (200 ml) of boiling water.

Drink 2-3 times a day.
