Usage

Place one teaspoon of the herb in a glass of water and heat for 20 minutes, covered, without bringing it to a boil. Alternatively, put one teaspoon of the herb into a thermos, pour one glass of boiling water over it, and steep for 20 minutes. Drink 1/4-1/2 glass of the prepared decoction or infusion 2-3 times daily, or use it for compresses and washes.
