Product description

Organic parboiled rice has been pre-treated with steam so that it does not stick together or swell after cooking. The thermal action of steam preserves nutrients, significantly reduces cooking time, making the rice remain loose and fluffy. It makes an excellent ingredient for main dishes, and is also ideal as an addition to salads, soups and Eastern dishes.

Method of preparation

In salted, boiling water, pour rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
