DESCRIPTION
8-egg country pasta. The basis is semolina - durum wheat flour, thanks to which this pasta does not stick together and maintains excellent elasticity.
The addition of only fresh eggs from a local farm gives the pasta its natural flavor and sunny color.
Special methods of rolling the dough make these noodles exceptionally tender and increase their volume three times after cooking.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil 5-6 minutes (100 g of noodles per 1 L of salted water) before consumption.
