Ideal for sauces and main dishes. Pasta made from semolina, thanks to which it does not stick together and retains perfect elasticity after cooking. For their production is used durum PRICE ripened in the rays of the Apennine sun, so this pasta retains its natural flavor and sunny color

Preparation method
Before eating, boil 10 minutes, al dente 8 minutes, do not temper (100 g of pasta per 1 liter of salted water).
