Method of preparation
Pour 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta into a pot and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring the water to a boil, add salt about 10 g of coarse salt. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 7 - 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and season as desired.
