METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook the pasta in well-salted water with a drop of oil (100 g of pasta per 1 liter of water) for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the required softness is reached, drain immediately, pour over cold water and add a few drops of oil or butter.
