The elCrem brand spread is based on hazelnuts, cocoa with a particularly high antioxidant content and shea oil. ElCrem was created using the highest quality ingredients, and its formulation emphasizes maximizing nutritional and health-promoting properties. elCrem has an outstanding, dry, cocoa and nutty flavor, which was achieved by lowering the sugar content and increasing the amount of nuts and cocoa. It contains inulin, a sweet, natural fiber extracted from chicory.
