Pectin 250 g
Pectin 250 g is a natural plant component, classified as dietary fiber. Pectin has a gelling and thickening effect, so it will successfully replace gelatin. Pectin is extracted from plants, available as an odorless powder with a sweet taste. Dissolve well in water and in solutions with large amounts of sugar added.
