Pectin occurs naturally in fruits and thanks to its gelling and binding properties it is perfect for homemade jams, preserves or jellies. Directions for use

Celiko brand pectin should be added to boiling fruit in the amount recommended on the package. Then cook the mixture for the specified time until the desired consistency is obtained.
