Directions for use
To prepare one egg substitute, mix a teaspoon of powder (5 g) with 50 ml of water. After combining the substitute with water, add the liquid ingredients of your choice to it and whisk everything together until fluffy. Then thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients, combine them with the fluffy mixture and mix until smooth.
